Filing for SSDI claim (Social Security Disability Insurance) requires someone to meet the criteria on disability. Claiming for disability is not easy. You have to prove to them that you are eligible for the claim and that you are not able to preform the work that you were doing previously; and that your medical condition is preventing you to find another job; and your disability is long-term as certified by your doctor or you could be terminally ill. It is sad experience when this things happen however if the person can get the most by receiving just compensation and the benefits that is due to him, that could be a relief.
