Reduce belly fat


Doing a high intensity exercise that tones your abs can help reduce belly fat if you are doing it consistently. There is no instant process on reducing belly fat. Belly fat is the most stubborn fat to get rid of and some people resort to quick fix like plastic surgery or liposuction to get the sexy abs they desire. That is good if you have money and you are healthy enough to undergo such procedure. If you have some medical condition such as high blood pressure and hearth ailments, stop and don't ever think about it.
